Ratnathicam is the Vice President of
Piedmont Capital. Nils attended the
University of Southern California
and earned a bachelor’s degree in
business administration with an
emphasis in real estate finance.
Nils began his career in real estate
loans immediately after earning his
degree. He has since secured
mortgage loans for a variety of
property types in locations all over
the country. His extensive
knowledge of investment property
financing enables him to source and
structure competitive loan terms
while offering his clients
unparalleled service and advice.
Nils earned top producing honors
with Piedmont Capital in 2008 and
2009. He has quickly built a
reputation for efficiently and
effectively closing even the most
challenging loans. Nils is an
active member of the Bay Area
Mortgage Association (BAMA) and the
Investment Marketing Forum (IMF).

self storage facilities, mixed
use, retail, office as well as
special use and single tenant
owner user. Prior to his banking
experience Fred owned and
managed a Real Estate Appraisal
and Consulting firm with offices
in the East Bay and North Bay.
